Company Policy

OFFICE HOUR Our office hour is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday.

All invoices are either C.O.D. money order/casher's check or prepaid for all our customers. Company checks are accepted only on pre-approval . All returned checks will be charged 25.00 dollars. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep the lowest prices possible. State and other taxes will be charged when applicable.

RETURNS All special orders are not returnable.
Returns made without our prior, written authorization will be refused. Authorized returns of stock are subject to round trip freight charges and a 20% re-stocking charge.

No returns accepted after 10 days from delivery

SHIPMENTS All orders shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) only

We make every effort to fill your order completely and ship it the same day as it is received whenever possible. All shipments are F.O.B. Plano, Texas. Express delivery will be accepted upon request. If out of stock, we will back order unless otherwise requested.

Our products are inspected prior to shipment. Customer claims for damage or shortage must be made with the delivering carrier. Our responsibility ceases when the merchandise is turned over to the pick up carrier.
