Return Policy

If you would like to make a return for items no longer needed:

You may return item(s) within 5 business days from the date of delivery for a refund or replacement of the original purchased amount. Please note the original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.

All merchandise must be in the original packaging, undamaged, and unused with labels and/or tags in order to be eligible for a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns in this category.

Returns can NOT contain previously purchased items.

Returns must be wrapped and packaged securely. Amber Art is not responsible for damaged returns due to poor packaging. No refund will be issued in this case.

Once the items are received by Amber Art, they will be inspected and processed immediately upon the completion of inspection. All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

If the item you received is damaged:

Please check the outer packaging for damage that might have been caused during transport. Take a few pictures of the damaged shipping box and let us know immediately by sending us an email with pictures at info@amberart.com or call us at (972) 491-5788 during business hours (9:00am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday CST).

If the item you received doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item:
